Refund policy
No Quibbles Policy.
If, after 14 days, you decide Rowdy Kind isn't right for your family we will refund you the cost of your purchase, no questions asked. We know trying a new skin or hair care product isn't easy, so we want to put your mind at rest.
Further, if at any time up to 28 days you find the product is defective in any way we will refund the full cost of your order
Full Legal Returns & Refund Policy.
If you are a consumer, you have the right to cancel your contract with us for any unused and unopened products within a period of fourteen (28) days starting the day after your receipt (or receipt by someone identified by you) of the products as reflected by the carrier’s recorded date of successful delivery. To exercise your right to cancel, you must inform us of your decision. You may do this by contacting us via email or post.
If you cancel your contract with us, you must inform us by sending an email to info@rowdykind.com, or a letter to Rowdy Kind 72 The Street, GU4 8BU with your order details and details of your email address. The refund will be made in the form of the original payment.
Your right to cancel does not affect your rights as a consumer in relation to any defective or incorrect products you may receive. If you receive a defective product or incorrect product, please contact us immediately at info@rowdykind.com with your order number and a description of the problem.
