Wholesale Terms & Conditions
If you would like to sell Rowdy Kind in your retail premises, please read the below and confirm your agreement with them.

This agreement is be made between Tilbury Ltd (trading as Rowdy Kind) and yourself, on behalf of your business as detailed upon signing.
GENERAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF WHOLESALE TRADE
To qualify for wholesale purchases, you must be a valid retail business and by agreeing to our terms and conditions you certify that you are such. You are only authorised to sell through the retail store that you have listed to the end consumer of the product.
For the avoidance of doubt, selling on to other stores, as well as advertising Rowdy Kind for sale on other website or marketplaces (including but not exclusively Amazon, eBay, Not on the High Street, Etsy) is specifically not allowed. If you are found to be selling via secondary marketplaces or to a buyer other than the end consumer Rowdy Kind will withdraw supply at their discretion.
Your agreement to these terms and conditions does not commit Rowdy Kind to supply to you. The decision to supply remains solely with Rowdy Kind.
ORDER REQUIREMENTS
We sell in a Retail Case of 5 bars, or a case of 10 tins. We will ask you to purchase a minimum of 5 cases.
Due to limited stock, we ask that you do not order more than 10 of the same product in order to respect production and shipping deadlines without prior discussion with Rowdy Kind.
Due to high demands for limited edition products and Christmas all orders for this specific period must be placed before a specific date which will be communicated to you. We can’t guarantee product will be available if an order is submitted after this deadline.
PAYMENT INFORMATION
We accept payments via our Shopify website, which includes Paypal, major credit cards and ShopPay.
Orders must be pre-paid (pro forma); we are not able to offer credit. No orders will be processed until full payment is received.
Orders may be cancelled within 14 day of receipt of product, however the cost of returns is born by you. Please note that for the avoidance of doubt, 14 days here refers to 14 days including weekends, not business days.
We reserve the right to alter our prices at any time without notice.
SHIPPING & HANDLING
From 15th May 2021 we will charge £7.50 + VAT for all orders under 7 cases. Shipping is free for 7 or more cases.
Orders are normally dispatched within 7-10 days, and in most cases within 3. Monday-Friday, we will attempt to dispatch same day if orders are placed by 10am.
If your shipment is damaged in transit you agree to contact Rowdy Kind within 48 hours of receipt. If you provide photographic evidence of damages Rowdy Kind will refund the price of those goods in full. These photos and correspondence must be sent via email to katet@rowdykind.com
If within 14 days you choose to not proceed with Rowdy Kind you must contact katet@rowdykind.com and return all product to us at the following address:

Returned product must be shipped signed-for Royal Mail or similar tracked service at your discretion and your cost within 15 days of receipt of goods. When the products are received by Rowdy Kind you will be refunded via the same method you paid, less any damages. If there are any damages you will be informed, with photographic evidence, before your refund is made.
Any problems must be reported in writing or by email. Goods sent back without prior written consent or dispatched after 15 days will not be credited to your account.
PRICING POLICY
Rowdy Kind may, from time to time and without prior communication, change its pricing to you.
Retail pricing remains at your sole discretion.
From time to time Rowdy Kind will refer to “Recommended Retail Prices”, “RRP”, “Manufacturer Recommended Selling Price” “Manufacturer Recommended Retail Price”, or other terms. These are recommendations only and retail pricing remains at your sole discretion.
Rowdy Kind may, at their discretion, offer discounts for volume or promotions. These may be offered or withdrawn at their sole discretion.
COPYRIGHT & INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
All of the designs, products, and content within and any materials made available on the website are the sole property of Rowdy Kind. The website, designs, products, images and content within are protected by copyright and intellectual property law and may not be reproduced in any form without the express written consent of Rowdy Kind. You hereby agree not to reprint, post, or copy (including electronic or digital scans) any photography, sales materials, or product designs without the advance, express written consent of Rowdy Kind.
PRIVACY POLICY
Any personal information that you provide to us will be managed as per our Privacy Policy, which is available to read on our website.
